Ahmed (or a lead engineer from the relevant practice) gets on a 30-minute video call with you. We ask questions, you ask questions. We're trying to understand the problem space — not sell you anything.
We write a fixed-price proposal that covers the full scope, timeline, team, and tech stack. No hourly billing, no retainers, no vague "we'll figure it out as we go." You know exactly what you're paying and when you'll receive it.
Once the proposal is signed, we start the first sprint within two weeks. You get a private Slack channel, a shared Notion workspace, and weekly demo calls for the duration of the project. No radio silence.

Most of our communication is written and async. You don't need to be available for daily standups. Weekly demos give you a reliable pulse without the overhead.
